Indeed, the beaver is one of the hottest furs because of its density. The “luxury” aspect gives it an incomparable heat efficiency since the fur covers all parts of the mitten except the inside of the thumb and the palm. The soft leather and the seam in the middle of the hand allow malleability and dexterity. Furthermore, the sheep lining is removable to be able to dry when it is wet.
