Order Acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee its acceptance by Fourrures Grenier.
We reserve the right to refuse an order or verify personal information before confirming the sale.
Final Sale
Items with a discount of 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Legal Warranties
The legal warranty applies to all products, including hidden defects.
Note: Our boot soles can be damaged by fire, excessive heat, or petroleum products. They are designed for temperatures below -5 °C.
Product Description
We strive to ensure accurate descriptions, but in case of discrepancies, the product can be returned in new condition.
Prices and Taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars, with applicable taxes added at checkout.
Taxes are calculated based on the destination: GST and QST in Quebec, GST elsewhere in Canada, and no tax for international orders.
Payment
Payment by credit card. The customer is responsible for covering fees, including taxes.
Prices may be adjusted after notification.
Shipping Fees and Delivery Times
Shipping fees and delivery times depend on the destination, package weight, and shipping method.
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once the shipment is made.
We are not responsible for delivery delays by carriers.
International Shipping
The customer is responsible for customs clearance fees for international orders.
Seal, otter, and lynx products cannot be exported outside of Canada.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
Free return shipping for ONE size exchange within Canada only. Shipping costs for exchanges elsewhere are the customer’s responsibility.

For Christmas gifts, exchanges are possible until January 10.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt, with shipping fees at the customer’s expense, or we can provide a return label for $26+tax (total $29.89). To request this, email adjointe@fourruresgrenier.ca.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the order.
