Accepting an Order

Ordering through email means that fourruresgrenier.ca accepts the order. It is not a confirmation that my shopping cart commits to selling the products mentioned.

Fourruresgrenier.ca reserves the right, without any other prior notice, to refuse to do business with a client. At all times, fourruresgrenier.ca may be required to verify personal or credit card information before accepting an order.

Legal Warranties

The Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Act allow for legal warranties regarding hidden defects in particular as well as the use of goods sold. The legal warranties also apply to this current sale.

This warranty cannot in any way reduce or suppress the manufacturer’s legal warranty. The soles of our boots are made of natural rubber. Thus, it can be damaged by fire, excessive heat or contact with a petroleum product. The bristle can also be damaged and friction may alter its color. We are not liable for these damages. In addition, Fourrures Grenier signed products are manufactured and designed to be used in temperatures below -5°C. Make sure you use them adequately to be able to use then for many years.

Out-Of-Stock Product

An out-of-stock product is a product that fails to completely execute an order. A product may be in shortage; it may not necessarily be in our store inventory. If the product ordered is a Fourrures Grenier signed product, it is being manufactured. If the article missing is a product ordered from another supplier, we quickly verify its availability.

You will be informed of its term of delivery or its unavailability by email or by phone.

Product Description

Fourruresgrenier.ca makes every effort to ensure the greatest accuracy on our site. However, fourruresgrenier.ca does not guarantee that the product description or any other content on our site is accurate, complete, up to date or error free. If a product offered by fourruresgrener.ca does not conform to its description, your only recourse is to return it to us in its original form.

Prices and Taxes

The prices of our products are in Canadian dollars and all the applicable taxes are added. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. Fourruresgrener.ca reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Fourruresgrener.ca calculates taxes based on the shipping address of the order. For example, in Quebec (GST + QST), other Canadian provinces (GST only), outside of Canada (no taxes).


Payment of your purchases is made by bank card. The client agrees to pay the total cost plus all related charges to the product purchased including taxes. Fourruresgrenier.ca may change the price after advising the client. The client is the only person responsible for the payment of the product purchased. Fourruresgrenier.ca is not liable for payment problems related to the operation of the e-commerce service.

Fees and Terms of delivery

Delivery fees are calculated based on the postal code of the recipient, the accurate weight of the product and the type of delivery chosen. They are indicated in the order summary before final confirmation. The terms of delivery depend on destination and the type of delivery service chosen. Please note that a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when fourruresgrenier.ca ships your order. This email will contain an identification code allowing you to track your parcel on postescanada.ca web site. Additional delays must be anticipated if an article is missing. In that case, however, you will be informed.

Delivery outside of Canada

For any product delivered outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for all customs clearance costs and any other export-related costs. Please note that products made from seal, otter and lynx cannot be exported outside of Canada. Also, import restrictions specific to certain countries apply to certain furs. Please find out how to import the fur if the country of destination is outside of Canada and the United States.


You can return a product to fourruresgrenier.ca within 10 days of receipt, with the exception of products purchased for a Christmas present. In the case of Christmas gifts, the customer has until January 10 to request an exchange/refund.

When you return a product, it must be accompanied by the invoice and an explanatory note.

Return of an Article Because of a Defect or to Exchange Sizes

In both cases, fourruresgrenier.ca bears all transport fees and risks, on the condition that the return is authorized by phone beforehand. You must contact toll free at 1-866-734-6781; the details of the return conditions will graciously be specified to you.

Return of an Article for Any Other Reasons

You must assume delivery fees and risks for the products returned. We do not accept the return of products when damaged or show signs of wear.


When returned products are received, any amount charged to your credit card will be credited as soon as possible except for delivery charges, on the condition that the products returned are in the same condition they were when they were shipped.
